Aaj Tak tops counting day BARC ratings
As per BARC data, Aaj Tak’s share in Hindi Speaking Market in Week 23 was nearly 15%, and during the Counting Hours it was close to 18% in the same category
Aaj Tak secured a 16.6% share in the 15+ Hindi Speaking Market on June 4, the Counting Day for the general elections. As per BARC Data, the channel had a lead over other news channels in this category.
According to this data, Aaj Tak posted a 14.5% share in the Hindi Speaking Market in Week 23, the week that saw the results being declared for the Lok Sabha elections.
Meanwhile, in the hours that preceded the final tally or the Counting Hours (0800-1200 Hrs as per BARC), Aaj Tak recorded a 17.6% share in the same market.
In each of these parameters, Aaj Tak is seen to have a lead in the market positions.
