AP Parigi Moves to new role as Advisor to Chairman
An internal email from the Chairman Adil Zainulbhai Network18 and TV18 announced AP Parigi, Group CEO, Network18, will move to a new role as his Advisor and also indicated townhalls to be held in Mumbai and Delhi following this announcement
In an internal email Adil Zainulbhai Network18 and TV18 announced that, AP Parigi Group CEO – Network18 will be moving to a new role as his Advisor.
Sources close to the development confirm the transition would be with effect from October 1st.
The internal email further stated, “I look forward to meeting you in Mumbai on the 28th and Delhi on the 30th….”- indicating town halls to be held in Mumbai and Delhi following the announcement.
Thanking Parigi for his contributions, Zainulbhai, Chairman NW18 and TV18 said, "Mr Parigi has strengthened the management team and helped stabilize the operations of the Company."
"This has put Network18 on a sound footing for future growth. I look forward to his continued support in his new role."
It may be recalled that Parigi was appointed as the Group CEO – Network18, on 29th January this year. He has over 40 years of experience spanning sectors including infrastructure, telecommunications, media and entertainment. He is an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics, and holds an MBA, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
