The much-awaited e4m-OOH Conference will be held on May 17-18 in Mumbai. The 4th edition of the conference will see industry heads, brand leaders and experts explore the future of the OOH industry, how brands engage with the vivid range of consumers today, opportunities, challenges and more. Day 1 of the conference will be held on May 17 and Day 2 will be held on May 18. During the summit, marketers will have a wonderful opportunity to directly communicate with industry experts, marketers, innovators, and others involved in the OOH advertising sphere.

The conference will include a mix of standalone speakers, fireside chats and panel discussions by experts from the OOH industry. On Day 2 of the e4m OOH Conference 2023, industry heads from the OOH industry will share insights on a wide range of topics under the theme ‘Digital OOH’. The conference will see experts sharing insights on evolving out-of-home advertising strategies and how the OOH industry and brands are bouncing back after a brief lull and explore what the sector has in store for the future.

The Day 2 of e4m-OOH Conference will kickstart with the keynote address by our global leader Laetitia Lim, CEO, Quividi on the topic ‘Beating Expectations with Audience & Engagement Measurement Solutions’. Lim’s address will be followed by a fireside chat between Ajay Mehta, Founder & MD, Interactive Television & MD, Kinetic India and Rajeev Dhal, COO, AdOnMo on the topic ‘Transforming OOH Landscape’.

Following the fireside chat, Sharath Chandra would speak on the topic ‘Combining the Worlds of Connected Screens & DOOH Advertising in India’. The next would be an address by Shiv Kumar, Chief Marketing & Passenger Experience Officer, Manohar International Airport, on the topic ‘Airport Advertising: New Avenues with New Opportunities’.


Kumar’s address will be followed by a panel discussion on the topic ‘Need for Optimized OOH Advertising for an Efficient Brand Building’. The panellists include Aatika Ehsan Ansari, Head of Media-Digital, Pernod Ricard India, Ammar Millwala, Head of Media, Aditya Birla Capital, Haresh Nayak, Founder & CEO, Connect Network Inc, Taranjeet Kaur, Head of Media, Digital & PR, Tata Consumer Products. The session will be moderated by Amiya Swarup, Partner-Marketing Advisory Services, Ernst & Young LLP.
The next address would be by our global speaker Amanda Dorenberg, President, COMMB (Canadian Out-of-Home Marketing & Measurement Bureau), who would speak on the topic ‘The Next Wave of Data-Driven DOOH’. Following this, there would be a panel discussion on the topic ‘Leveraging DOOH for Innovative & Impactful Media Formats’. The panellists include Alok Gupta, Director, Graphisads Ltd, Dheeraj Soni, National Sales Head - India, Lemma Technologies, Yatnesh Pandey, VP-Marketing, GreenPly Industries Ltd. The session will be moderated by Ashish Karnad, EVP – Media & Digital, Hansa Research.

Vinkoo Chakraborty, President, Rapport Chrome, will speak on the topic ‘The Reality of Digital OOH in India’. Alok Jalan, MD, Laqshya Media Group will share his thoughts on the topic ‘Why Integration Out-of-Home Advertising is a Perfect Blend for Marketing’ followed by a panel discussion on the topic ‘To Infinity & Beyond: The OOH Forecast’ with panellists Dipankar Sanyal, CEO, Platinum Outdoor, Mangesh Shinde, Co-Founder, OSMO Advertising, Saibal Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO, Xperia Group, Vikkas Nowal, Country Head & Co-Founder, Interspace Communications. The session will be moderated by Kanchan Srivastava, Senior Assistant Editor, exchange4media Group. Concluding Day 2 of the conference will be an address by Noomi Mehta, Chairman of the Board of Selvel One and Chairman, The Indian Outdoor Advertising Association on the topic ‘OOH Fast Forward: What Lies in the Future’.
