Lumio appoints Varun Nair as Head of Marketing

He joins Lumio after serving as Head of Brand Marketing at POCO India

Lumio has announced the appointment of Varun Nair as Head of Marketing. In this role, Varun will lead Lumio’s brand, marketing, and go-to-market strategy as the company continues to build a differentiated home entertainment brand rooted in community, storytelling, and a deep understanding of the consumer, stated a press release.

Varun brings over a decade of experience across brand strategy, media, digital, community building, and product marketing. He joins Lumio after serving as Head of Brand Marketing at POCO India, where he led brand strategy, media buying, community initiatives, social media, and partnerships, building strong consumer connect in a highly competitive smartphone category.

Prior to POCO, Varun led PR, brand, and digital marketing for the cycles and electric vehicle businesses at TI Cycles of India, where he played a key role in brand positioning, digital transformation, and the launch of EV products. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at 22feet Tribal Worldwide and Experience Commerce, managing marquee brands such as Toyota, Lexus,, Lenovo, MRF, and Amazon, and beginning his career at Ogilvy.
