Manoj Kandasamy has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer at GroupM – Motivator. He shared the news about his new role on LinkedIn. Prior to this, Kandasamy was with ShareChat as National Agency Head where he was responsible for P&L, managing a pan India sales team and scaling partnerships with key agencies to support ShareChat & Moj's growth & profitability.

“Thrilled to announce my appointment as Chief Digital Officer at GroupM - Motivator. Excited to spearhead digital transformation initiatives for our clients, foster innovation, and contribute to the company's growth”, his LinkedIn post read.

This is his second stint at GroupM. Earlier, he worked at Maxus as a Business Director, handling key clients like Google, Titan, Tata Consumer Products and Hero Moto Corp.

Previously, Kandasamy has worked for Adobe, Flipkart, Grey Group, RoomsTonite, among others.
