Endemol India has appointed Neena Raut as Creative Head - Regional. Raut is reporting to Deepak Dhar, Country Head, Endemol India. She is heading the regional development and creative team and is responsible for planning and supervising the execution of shows. She additionally plays a strategic role in developing new content/ formats and business development for the organisation in the regional markets. Raut has 25 years of rich experience in the television industry and has played a key role as creative head, strategic advisor, production content creator and content management for new programme formats across target audiences and genres. Prior to this, she was with Shri Adhikari Brothers.
