Sony Pictures Entertainment Has Let Go Of Three President-Level Executives- The International Channels Head, SPE, Andy Kaplan; Chief TV Marketing Officer, SPE, Sheraton Kalouria and SPE President, Home Entertainment, Man Jit Singh. Keith Le Goy, Sony Pictures TV’s President of Distribution, will take on oversight of Home Entertainment, while Sony Pictures TV Chairman, Mike Hopkins will oversee the International Channels group as well as Crackle, the streaming service and franchise management of Sony’s enduring game shows “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy.” Le Goy will now have a dual report to Hopkins and Sony Motion Picture Group Chairman, Tom Rothman.
Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL) which operates Radio Mirchi in 41 Indian cities reported muted numbers for quarter ending December 31, 2017, as its Profit After Tax (PAT) declined by 19.9 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.16 crore from Rs 16.42. ENIL recorded total revenue of Rs 148.4 crores for the same quarter as against Rs 150.6 crores in the year ago quarter. Total expenses stood at Rs 131.4 crore. Its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) declined 19.9 percent y-o-y to Rs 13.16 crore from Rs 16.42 crore.
Omnicom Group Inc President and CEO John Wren announced the appointment of Wendy Clark as President and CEO of DDB Worldwide. Clark succeeds Chuck Brymer who will assume the title of Chairman. Both roles are effective immediately.
