This week witnessed several appointments and account wins. It had been reported this week that the Walt Disney Company has awarded its $2.2 billion media account to Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group, while WPP will likely retain the India business. Also, Madison Media has been appointed as Medlife's media agency of record.
The week saw key appointments, including Nikhil Gandhi being appointed as Head of TikTok India. Hemant Arora was appointed by Discovery India as the Head of New Revenue Streams. Also, Abhishek Dutta has been named Senior Director and Network Head -Kids, overseeing Cartoon Network and POGO in South Asia.
