The step has been taken in line with the strategic & frugal approach implemented across the organization, ZEE said
The organisation had reversed the salary cut within three months of enforcing it and also completed its appraisal process in January 2021
The reversal will be effective September 1, 2021
Company CEO Ryan Roslansky said that the company will be "thoughtful and compassionate" in the process, ensuring comprehensive financial, healthcare and career support to the affected employees
