Mullen Lintas wins creative and digital duties of ByteDance’s Resso
The account will be handled out of the agency's Mumbai office
Mullen Lintas, the creative agency by the Mullen Lowe Lintas Group, has won the creative and digital duties of Resso, a music streaming app by ByteDance. The account was won after a multi-agency pitch in Mumbai and will be handled out of the agency’s Mumbai office.
exchange4media reached out to Mullen Lintas and Resso for a comment, but both were unavailable at the time of filing the story.
China-based ByteDance which had tasted massive success in India with its short video making app, TikTok has recently launched Resso in India. The beta version of Resso is currently available in India with a free version which has ads and paid options charging users Rs 119 per month. The platform is set to take on Spotify, Gaana, Wynk, Saavn etc.
