Hutch aligns BPL Mobiles' media and creative duties with Maxus, O&M?blur=25

Earlier this year, Hutchison Essar Ltd had completed the acquisition of BPL Mobile Cellular Ltd, and now it has moved the latter’s media and creative businesses to Maxus and O&M, respectively, as these two are Hutch’s existing agencies. While Carat was handling BPL’s media account, the creative duties were with TBWA.
