Equus Red Cell is on quite a roll these days. It has kick-started its Bangalore operations with three account wins led by the prestigious Whyte & Mackay communication business from the UB Group. In this second part of the analysis of Print advertising, it is found that advertising by Radio channels was up by 15% whereas TV channel promotions saw a dip in H1 '07 over H1 ’06. Advertising in Telecom genre registered maximum growth of 2 times in H1 '07. The advertising ratio was 81:19 between Main Issues and Supplements. Sales promotional ads saw a rise of 8% during Jan-June ’07.
