MindShare Fulcrum’s Amol Dighe has joined STAR India as VP - Sales Strategy. Dighe has assumed his new role this week and is reporting to Kaushal Dalal, who heads the Sales Strategy function for STAR India. At MindShare Fulcrum, Dighe was recently promoted to as Trading Services Director, prior to which he was an Investment Director. He was reporting to Himanshu Shekhar, GM, MindShare Fulcrum.

They are all called brand agencies or integrated communication agencies. They needed to respond to the growing client needs. It's no longer just television but also direct mail. They have to sort of develop on all 12 keys of the piano and not just on one or two.
