e4m has launched MarTech India Bridge 1, a virtual event that explores insights on how marketers in the new world will have to rethink on transforming their businesses that have been altered by the current crisis of COVID-19. Today, the event will see international and Indian thought leaders sharing their views on Artificial Intelligence. The session will be held between 5 pm and 7 pm.
The event will commence with a keynote address by Jim Sterne, Founder, Marketing Analytics Summit on ‘Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: A To-Do List’. Sterne is an internationally known speaker on electronic marketing. He has authored books on marketing, Internet advertising, customer service, web analytics, email marketing and most recently, 'Artificial Intelligence for Marketing: Practical Applications', a straightforward, non-technical guide to the next major marketing tool.
A dialogue session will take place between Varij Saurabh, VP - Product Management & Marketing Technology; and Manthan Kashyap Kompella CEO, rpa2ai; Co-author, Amazon Bestseller ‘Practical Artificial Intelligence’ on the topic ‘AI for Marketing in India’. The session will be followed by a presentation on ‘CX in Hospitality & MarTech’ by Prasad Iyer, Vice President – Digital, eCommerce, Distribution & Rewards, Lemon Tree Hotels. Iyer comes with an experience of over 17 years across digital, e-commerce & e-business marketing, business development, supplier relations and managing alliances.
The event will also witness an ‘Expert Talk’ session with Alan Pelz-Sharpe, Founder, Deep Analysis & Co-author, "Practical Artificial 1 Intelligence - An Enterprise Playbook" on the topic “Your CX Roadmap Post Pandemic”.
