Virat Kohli ends association with Cornerstone
The cricketer will soon come up with his own company that will manage his media deals, say media reports
Cricketer Virat Kohli has reportedly parted ways with sports marketing firm Cornerstone. The firm is owned by his long-term friend Bunty Sajdeh.
“Yes, Kohli and Bunty have parted ways after a very long and successful partnership,” one of the reports quoted a source in the industry as saying.
The reason for the two parting ways is not yet clearly known, but some media reports suggest that Kohli will soon come up with his own company that will manage his media deals. The cricketer is expected to register his company soon.
The former India skipper joined Cornerstone more than a decade back.
Cornerstone is one of the largest talent management firms active in sports and entertainment. The agency manages some of the biggest names in the sports world, including Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, PV Sindhu and Sania Mirza.
