Alok Jain, who recently quit Disney Star, is all set to join Viacom 18, exchange4media has learnt from sources.
According to the sources, Jain will be assuming a senior leadership role at Viacom 18.
e4m reached out to Jain and Viacom18, but is yet to get a comment.
Jain was Executive Vice President and Head of Disney Star’s regional clusters Telegu, Bengali, Oriya and Kannada - TV and Disney + Hotstar.
He was with Disney Star for nearly 7 years.
Prior to that, Jain was the Chief Operating Officer and Business Head (Advanced Polymer Products), HIL Ltd for nearly four years.
Previously, he has worked with Bharat Forge Ltd, The Boston Consulting Group, Intelligent Information Systems (USA), Accelya Kale Solutions Ltd (UK), and Solutions Inc.
