Since 2006, India has been consistently winning in this category; last year India had won a Grand Prix. The score of zero this year has added to the slow start for India at Cannes Lions 2009.

JWT India’s ‘Teach India’ disappointed all, by not making it to the winner’s list. The 60-odd Indian delegates were seen in small groups at the famous Gutter Bar reiterating the lower number of Indian delegates this year, and the lacklustre performance so far.
