Accord Communication Ltd, an emerging player in the mobile handsets industry, has chosen India News Communications Ltd (INCL) to handle its 360 degree marketing communication, including advertising, creative, media and public relations. Group entity Macaw will provide support in advertising, creative and media services, whereas News Communications, the PR wing of the group will take care of the PR part.
