Maruti Suzuki's diverse portfolio encompasses passenger cars spanning from budget-friendly to luxurious options, alongside commercial vehicles, subscriptions, and other car-related services. Maruti Suzuki's audience is vast, hence data-driven approach was the best fit to understand and segment better thereby validating our understanding and planning through a strong data-backed insight. Strategic CDP utilization improved CTR and achieved substantial cost savings, highlighting the importance of data-driven decisions in marketing excellence.

In this campaign, Maruti Suzuki India introduced a new technique categorising car models based on similar features and price ranges. Instead of negating audiences by brand, the brand refined its strategy to negate audiences based on categories, ensuring a more effective targeting approach. The strategic use of CDP has dual benefits for digital marketing, highlighting the importance of data-driven decisions in achieving marketing excellence.

The Indian Digital Marketing Awards recognise and celebrate the exceptional work and achievements of brands and agencies across eight prime categories, which are further divided into several sub-categories.
