Mohit Jagtiani, award-winning brand storyteller, ex-Google (YouTube) and Viacom18, in partnership with Simran Hoon, ex-QYOU Media and Viacom18, has announced the launch of Next Narrative, a new age Media Company to help creators scale their reach and grow revenue while driving business outcomes for brands. The branded content company aims to solve these brand objectives with relevant and compelling long and short-form branded content and IPs.
Jagtiani and Hoon are broadcast industry stalwarts who are well-versed in the needs of the ever-changing media landscape of the country. Jagtiani is an award-winning storyteller who has been a part of companies like Google, YouTube, Viacom18, Star India and Turner International.
He has also managed sponsorships worth millions of dollars for large format shows like Big Brother, Dancing with Stars and Fear Factor. Jagtiani is a big name in the world of content creation. Leading companies from sectors like FMCG, e-commerce, automobile, mobile phones, consumer durables, mobile wallet, banking and retail have been his clients. He has also handled content creation, marketing, production and legal contracts for brands like Lakme, Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury and Asian Paints. He has also received 11 industry awards for branded content.
Hoon has collaborated with Jagtiani during their stints at Viacom18. A 30-year media industry veteran, she has served in Viacom18, ZEEL, Disney Star, Sony Entertainment, Qyou Media and TOI. Hoon worked as a senior officer in Times of India from 1993 to 95, joining Sony as a group manager later on. In 2000, she ended her innings with Sony and joined Disney Star and in 2005, she joined ZEE Network. After this, Hoon became a part of Viacom18 and The Q.
Talking about his company, Hoon said that the right story needs to be told to the right audience. "Storytelling is in our DNA. At Next Narrative, our aim is to build brand loyalty.
