Becky Brock joins Tesco as Group Customer Director
Prior to this, Brock was with Costa Coffee for three years
Tesco has appointed Becky Brock, former Costa Coffee's Global Commercial, Marketing and Innovation Director, as its new Global Customer Director. In her new role, Becky Brock will lead the supermarket’s customer teams and drive growth.
She took to LinkedIn to announce her new role. “I’m delighted to announce that I’m going to be joining Tesco as Customer Director to head up marketing and drive forward their digital and personalisation priorities across the business. It’s a hugely exciting opportunity to be a part of their next growth chapter”, she said in her LinkedIn post.
As per reports, Brock was hired in June. In her new role, she will report to Ashwin Prasad, Group Chief Commercial Officer at Tesco.
Prior to this, Brock was with Costa Coffee for three years. She also worked with John Lewis and Partners for almost four years as marketing director and was then promoted to Transformation Director in December 2019.
