Edited Excerpts:
Who do you consider your primary female role model and how has she played a significant role in your success?
My primary female role models span across various spheres of my life. First, there's my mother. She was the principal of a school for the blind, and her kindness and dedication shaped my understanding of empathy and service from an early age. Then, there are my sisters, who've always been there to guide and inspire me.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with exceptional female colleagues/leaders who have shaped my professional journey. Their mentorship and leadership styles have not only inspired me but also fostered my growth. Moreover, at Avian WE, my female colleagues have created a supportive atmosphere where we work together and empower each other. I'm constantly learning from them, and their collective strength and knowledge have contributed immensely to my success.
But a big part of my success is thanks to my wife. She's always there for me, managing our home and family so I can focus on my career. And my daughter, with her curiosity and positive energy, reminds me to stay open to new ideas and possibilities.
