  • Bigbasket has appointed Seshu Kumar Tirumala as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.
  • Tirumala has been with Bigbasket since 2014, previously serving as National Head of Buying & Merchandising and Chief Buying and Merchandising Officer.

  • In his new role, Tirumala aims to enhance operational systems and improve the customer experience as Bigbasket expands its quick commerce business.

Bigbasket has promoted Seshu Kumar Tirumala to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In his new role, Seshu will oversee operations and further strengthen the company’s quick commerce business vertical.

He has been associated with the company since 2014. Tirumala initially joined as National Head – Buying & Merchandising and was subsequently elevated to Chief Buying and Merchandising Officer.
