Truebil launches video campaign supporting the fight against child abuse and exploitation
By using kids’ toys , the video delivers a powerful message of child abuse
On Children’s Day, Truebil plans to roll out a digital campaign shedding light on child abuse, an issue of grave concern in our country. The increasing number of child abuse cases and the stigma associated with it has prompted Truebil to release a heart-rending video where children voice their mental trauma. Through this campaign, Truebil wants to spread awareness on child abuse and neglect and make parents and elderly citizens take notice of behavioural changes in their kids in order to help them deal with any untoward situation better.
Child abuse has many forms-emotional, sexual, physical, neglect and exploitation. There is a widespread abuse of both girls and boys happening in the country today. The video powerfully delivers the message of child abuse and violenceby using kids’ toys. It explains what a child faces in everyday life and how they are unaware of the fact that they are being harassed or abused.
Commenting on the Children’s Day campaign, Shubh Bansal, Co-founder and Marketing Head, said, “One out of every 5 girls and one in every 20 boys are victims of child abuse. There are millions of children who endure exploitation, which needs to be addressed on an urgent basis. The purpose of a campaign like this on Children’s Day is to make every child aware of his/her rights and to promote their welfare. On this occasion of Children's Day, we want every child to be set free from their traumatic experiences and equip parents with the necessary awareness to help their children and others around them.”
Truebil through its awareness campaign strives to sensitize children and parents on child abuse and drive a social change for the empowerment of children. The digital campaign has been conceptualised and created by Truebil’s marketing team.
