Disney Channel has announced its three winners for its on-air summer contest ‘Lose Control’. The winners are Aashna Gupta, Carl Williams and Aanya Obrien. These winners won themselves a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland along with a guardian.

MTV Networks has elevated Amit Jain to EVP & MD, MTV Networks-India, China and SEA. Prior to this, he was MD only for India, and was EVP for South Asia. He will also serve on the soon-to-be-formed Viacom 18 board.

The Cyber Lions shortlist has been announced at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2007. Only one entry of the 36 sent has made it to the shortlist. The entry is Tribal DDB India’s (Mumbai) work for MTV Asia, titled ‘Protected Entry’.

In Press, India has 20 entries in the shortlist, in Outdoor there are 14 entries, in Media Lions there are seven entries, while in Radio, there are five entries in the shortlist.

The Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2007 has announced the winners in the Promo and Direct Lions categories. O&M Bangalore and Everest Brand Solutions Mumbai have won a Bronze each in Direct Lions, while JWT Mumbai has bagged a Promo Lion.
