Times Jobs announced today that the site is bringing two new features to users, to improve the user experience and improve usage of the website. For the first time, people who upload their resumes to Times Jobs will be able to preserve the formatting they made in their MS Word document, to present their resumes in a personalized fashion.

Aside from this, the site will also display more results on the top of the search page for applicants, so that they do not have to scroll down to see listings. While the changes seem small, the online classified space is due for a shakeup, and every step forward will help listings sites, such as Times Jobs, be more relevant to users.
