Mindshare India leads ICMA shortlist
In all, 87 entries made it to the final shortlist of exchange4media’s inaugural Indian Content Marketing Awards that honour the best work in content marketing
The exchange4media Group is set to hold its inaugural Indian Content Marketing Awards (ICMA) in September this year.
In the world of marketing, content has definitely changed the way marketers present their brands to consumers. As more and more brands choose creative content for engaging with their consumers, the need to stand out increases every minute. Indian Content Marketing Awards aim to promote and recognise the talent, expertise and hard work that go into cracking breakthrough ideas and concepts to create exceptional brand stories.
After a rigorous selection process by our jury, we are now left with a shortlist of 86 entrants from around 300 entries which will battle it out for top honours.
Mindshare ended up with the most shortlisted entries with a whopping 31 making it to the final list. Reliance Broadcast Network Limited saw 6 entries make it to the shortlist. This was followed by Tonic Media and the Jagran Prakashan, with 5 entries each in the shortlist. Star Plus and Dainik Bhaskar with 4 entries and Spykar Lifestyles, PHD Media, Carat Media, Interactive Avenues, Viacom18 and Zenitoptimedia with 3 entries each were some of the other companies that fared well.
The jury of the Indian Content Marketing Awards 2016 was headed by famous director Bejoy Nambiar. It consisted of Aditya Swamy, Head Digital Media & Content Marketing of Flipkart, Hemant Arora- VP and Head- Content Marketing, Times Television Network, Manish Kalra, Chief Business Officer of Craftsvilla.com, Pankaj S Parihar, Head (Digital Marketing) of GCPL & Godrej Group, Pradeep Dwivedi, Chief Corporate Sales and Marketing Officer of DB Corp, Sanjeev Handa, VP & Head Marketing of Maruti Suzuki India, Sumeet Narang, VP Marketing (Motorcyles) of Bajaj Auto, Vasantha Kumar, Director of Marketing and Communications- India South Asia, IBM and Virginia Sharma, Director, Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn India.
