The International Women's Day today turned out to be a good occasion for brands to reach out to their female customers with conversations about gender equality,  empowerment and originality. From Cadbury to Zomato to Amul, brands are celebrating all the various beautiful sides of a woman’s personality.

This food delivery app won all hearts as it introduced kurtas (uniform) for their women delivery workers and showed how these women loved the initiative.

Boat collaborated with brands like Zepto and Swiggy to show, via large billboards, that referring to women as objects in Bollywood songs is not cool.

This OTT platform came up with a creative way to show the beautiful characteristics that women in its shows personify. ‘You say supportive, we hear Shradha’, one of the campaign creatives stated. ‘Shradha’ is a character essayed by Medha Shankr in film 12th Fail.

This music app's post showed songs which are a ‘Girl’s Girl’. By ‘Girl’s Girl’, Spotify meant these songs have got her back no matter what she is going through.

Cadbury chose a simplistic yet unique way of showing the crimp of their packaging as a crown and dedicated it to all the queens in our lives.
