From Flipkart’s FlipGirl to Parle Marie’s Adda: Ads that impressed us
e4m picks up the best ads released between July 02 and July 18, 2022
Smart writing, incredible direction, and out-of-the-box thinking; all of this can describe the best ads of this fortnight, which are impressing everyone. The creativity and impactful storytelling while giving out the brand message in the right way define these five pieces of work that rise above the rest released between July 02 and July 18, 2022.
Please note, that this is not a ranking in any manner and the brands have been arranged alphabetically.
Catch ‘Same2Same’
Catch Sprinklers’ latest campaign conceptualised by dentsu Creative Impact features two identical twins who are similar in every way and form. But the only thing that is different in them, is their taste buds. The well-written film cleverly showcases how people can be similar in all aspects but not in taste, thereby making an impressive pitch for the Catch sprinklers.
Flipkart ‘FlipGirl’
Conceptualised by McCann World Group, the campaign shows Alia Bhatt in the role of a superwoman who highlights Flipkart’s ‘super brands’, ‘super price’, and ‘super fast’ delivery. Though the ads miss on the gender inclusivity mark, with a girl worried about makeup and a guy bothered about business deals, the direction and concise writing stand out.
MSD Pharmaceuticals ‘HPVSearchKiyaKya’
The public service campaign to spread awareness about the HPV virus does a good job to introduce the topic to the younger generation using relevant faces and storyline. The ad prompts the viewers to search more about HPV virus and is a part of a longer campaign, as shared by the brand in its press statement.
Parle Marie ‘Adda’
The latest campaign by Parle Marie for the Bengal market created by Thought Blurb Communications builds on the brand’s foundations in the market; extending itself and becoming a part of that proud social tradition that is quintessential Bengali – adda. The three-film campaign addresses a broad demographic of young and old, men and women.
Redcliffe Labs 'Yeh Sudha kya karti hai'
A well-written ad film, Redcliffe Labs’ latest campaign intrigues the viewer and keeps them hooked to eventually reveal the brand prospect. It is a delightful watch emphasising the mpact of regular health check-ups for women along with the fact that it is totally normal for women to prioritise their health over all other duties.
