Concept Communication Ltd has made a strategic investment in Lastmile Solutions India Pvt Ltd acquiring a majority stake through a combination of fresh issue of equity and infusion of debt.

Some of Lastmile’s clients include Volvo, Shell, Total, Nerolac, Motorola, PayTM, CP Plus, American Express, Kotak Life, Ceat and others. It also has a strategic partnership with Visotec, a France- based global leader in brand-implementation services.

“Concept is always looking at partnerships which enable us to offer our clients all services at a single point. LMS while adding to our service offering comes with an enthusiastic and determined team which is creating new benchmarks in their space using design, technology and delivery to ensure client delight. We appreciate their entrepreneurial spirit which embodies the Concept spirit. Strategically the fit could not be better,” said Vivek Suchanti, Managing Director of Concept.
