Confirming the development, Rajat Luthra, CEO, Celio Future Fashion Ltd, said, “The Celio brand is all about masculinity, seduction, openness, generosity and service. It stands out as accessible, affordable, borderless, urban, honest brand, offering good value for money. Latin inspired fashion, Celio, also represents the virile, relaxed and sensual man.”
Giving the reason for favouring Percept/H as its creative agency, Luthra added, “We felt that the Percept/H team really understood the brand and showed all the qualities we were looking for in a partner. Together, we can achieve the success that Celio has enjoyed internationally.”
Elated with the win, Ajay Verma, Senior Vice President, Percept/H, said, “We need to create a ‘pull’ to the stores so that Indians can experience this new men’s French fashion brand. Apart from building awareness for brand Celio, the key task is to rapidly build footfalls.”
Some of the other important wins that came in the year 2008 for Percept/H include Edelweiss, SBI Mutual fund, Kohinoor, One-square foot, MTNL, Yardley, Finesse, Victorinox, Everest Industries and Springwel.

Founded in 1985, Celio specialises in sports, casual and business wear. Celio has partnered with Future Group in India. The brand is already operational in Delhi with their exclusive stores and will also be available in key cities through select Central and ‘Pantaloon stores. Plans are on to have 40 touch points added to its network by the end of this year.
