Vibyor Brand Services finishes 12 years, wins more clients and forms larger team

March 2014 saw experiential marketing agency, Vibgyor Brand Services, complete twelve years in business. “Starting from a small basement in a GK garage to having an enviable list of clients including HUL, Dabur, L’Oreal, TAG Heuer, GMR, MakeMyTrip, PepsiCo and Indian Express – the Vibgyor team has come a long way. Today, we are the most trusted and respected name in the experiential industry and I see innovation as a driving force in our future as well,” said Ankur Kalra, Founder and CEO, Vibgyor Brand Services.

Apart from these names that have become relationship clients for the agency now, this last year has seen several new names like Ericsson, Nikon, Colorbar, Ferrero Rocher, Gionee Mobiles, Nestle India, Shiseido and TAG Heuer being added to its list of regular clients. The former have signalled its official entry into the luxury segment with two major launch events for TAG Heuer and the corporate launch of Shiseido India, being managed exclusively by Vibgyor Brand Services.  While activations have always been a stronghold for the agency, this year has seen the ratio of events go up to 40 per cent. “I’m confident that very few agencies in the country can deliver the kind of ideas and execution that we do when it comes to activations. Now, we’re also looking to up our game in the events vertical and the first step towards this, a dedicated team of experienced professionals is already in place” Kalra further added.

The year also saw Vibgyor’s in-house fabrication and setup unit ‘Toolbox Fabrication House’ get operational. With this addition to its infrastructural capabilities, the agency is confident of offering superior quality standards, faster turnaround time and most importantly, optimal costs to its clients.

Vibgyor also won some major industry awards this year, bagging accolades at the EEMAX, WOW Awards and PMAA Dragons of Asia. Its award-winning work includes Best Social Media Campaign for ‘Digital Reveal for Maybelline Superstay 14’, on-ground promotion for sales volume for ‘Maybelline KarwaChauth’. GoTry, an intellectual property aimed at precision multi-brand sampling has also been making waves this year with a Gold at EEMAX and growing interest by leading FMCG companies in sampling with it. Infact, multi-brand precision sampling platform GoTry has been in expansion mode with kiosks coming up in Kolkata and Bangalore. More than 2.5 lakh people are registered GoTry users with more than 3,000 new people registering each month. 

“We’ve been able to achieve a healthy growth of 20 per cent in the topline this year and on our wish-list for the year 2014-2015 is attracting best talent from the industry and working on more events and activations that are a first for the Indian industry” explained Kalra.
