Mona Jain has stepped down as the Chief Growth Officer at BrandPulse Global and is set to take on a senior leadership role at a large organisation, e4m has learnt from sources.
Her exit from BrandPulse Global, the venture led by Pankaj Krishna, comes as Jain prepares to return to a larger corporate environment, where she is expected to take up a senior leadership mandate.

Jain’s professional journey began as a media planner at Hindustan Thompson Associates, after which she moved to Contract Advertising as Media Group Head. She later joined Mudra Communications as Media Director, before transitioning to the broadcast sector with Zee Entertainment Enterprises, where she rose to the position of Executive Vice President. Her leadership trajectory continued at ABP Network, which appointed her Chief Revenue Officer, a role she later reprised at Zee Media Corporation Limited.
During her tenure at Zee Media, Jain was responsible for the network’s end-to-end revenue mandate across both linear television and digital platforms. She played a key role in strengthening branded content-led solutions for advertisers, building contextual and category-relevant partnerships that aligned commercial objectives with editorial environments. Her work at Zee was widely seen as instrumental in sharpening the network’s advertiser engagement strategy at a time when news media was undergoing rapid digital transformation.
Before her stints at ABP and Zee Media, Jain spent nearly nine years at Vivaki Exchange as CEO and India Head, Strategic Investments, where she focused on driving value creation across media investments and partnerships. Over the years, she has also held senior leadership roles at Contract Advertising and Mudra Communications, where she shaped media strategies for a range of marquee brands.
With over 30 years of experience across media planning, advertising, broadcasting and revenue leadership, Jain’s career has been marked by a consistent ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, growth and market innovation.
