Continuing the vision and the legacy, exchange4media successfully organized the first edition of a one-of-a-kind debate ceremony named PR and Corp Comm PR Dialogue ‘The Great Debate”. After the huge success of the first edition, we’re super excited to announce the second edition of PR and Corp Comm PR Dialogue The Great Debate.’

‘The Great Debate’ is an on-going event where all the inspiring and leading figures will come together to do a no-holds-barred discussion on the emerging and existing trends, issues, and come up with the relevant solutions. This will be the second edition of the PR and Corp Comm PR Dialogue ‘The Great Debate’ and the three hot-button topics of its first edition event will be:

  • Public Affairs vs. Public Relations what matters more

Public Affairs and Public Relations are the two ends of one thread and both have their relevant importance in the industry. While PR is crucial for reputation management, PA is important for driving meaningful change and long term impact. But the question always comes up – Which one is more relevant? So, in the coming debate, let’s wait for leaders to summon up and we will find out which field holds more importance in today’s scenario.  

  • Educations standards vs Skill development, do we need an education overhaul in new world order

The rapid pace of change in the 21st century has ignited lots of questions about the purpose of education. Should it focus on traditional education standards, emphasizing core knowledge and critical thinking? Or should it prioritize skill development, equipping students with practical abilities for the evolving job market? Or whether is complete overhaul is necessary? Not to worry, we’ll find about the ideal solutions at the upcoming debate.

  • PR Agencies vs brands Communication team. Who manages the narrative and perception?

The battle for managing a brand's narrative and perception is a constant tug-of-war between internal brand communications teams and PR agencies. In today's communication landscape, the discussion revolves around who effectively manages a brand's narrative and public perception – PR agencies or internal brand communications teams? Should the brand communications team maintain complete control over the narrative, or should they collaborate with a PR agency for execution? Can a brand maintain its genuine voice while achieving significant media exposure through an agency? So many questions, and everything will be answered at the Great Debate series.

The debate series is scheduled to be on 30, September 2024 in New Delhi and promises to bring more lively and thought-provoking debates on the most pressing issues of the industry.
