There was a 36% drop in Print advertising of 'Instant Foods/Meals' during Jan-Aug 2007 compared to same period in 2006. There was high advertising in the 'Instant Soup Mixes' segment. Advertisers of 'Instant Foods/Meals' preferred magazines, with women-based magazines taking 79% share of the ad pie. Nestle India led advertising of 'Instant Foods/Meals' sector in Print with 48% share.
