Brands send out messages of hope and encourage social distancing on Eid 2020
Brands such as Parle Products, Tata Motors and Paytm, among others, took to social media to wish netizens a happy Eid
Eid ul-Fitr, the festival that celebrates love and togetherness, is a little different this year due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown in many parts of the world. With social distancing being the need of the hour, people can’t come together to at mosques for the holy prayer or visit their loved ones to hug them and say, Eid Mubarak, as the spirit of the festival demands.
Though the festival can’t be celebrated in its traditional glory this year, brands wish their consumers a happy Eid, with a message to bring hearts together, for the prosperous tomorrow.
Travel company Make My Trip extended its wishes to the netizens with the message, “This Eid, let’s cover the distance between hearts and wish for a safer tomorrow. #EidMubarak”

Parle Products started a campaign #EdBadiDua for Eid. The brands urged consumers to make a wish to for everyone, known and unknown, this year.
