Lintas Media Group rejig: Change in NP Sathyamurthy & Sudha Natrajan’s profiles, Amit Ray joins as Prez
Lintas Media Group (LMG) has announced senior management changes. NP Sathyamurthy has been promoted to President and COO, and would be in charge of the Group’s Western Region operations and the Digital Collaborative. Sudha Natarajan takes over as President and COO, in charge of the Group’s Northern operations in addition to its Southern operations. She will be relocating to Delhi. Amit Ray will join the Group as President with specific charge of the ITC Collective and the Kolkata Collective.
Pudhari strengthens base in Maharashtra with Mumbai and Aurangabad editions
Marathi daily Pudhari, which already has 10 editions, is all set to add two more to its portfolio – in Mumbai and Aurangabad. While the Mumbai edition would be launched around mid-February, the Aurangabad will follow around mid-March 2009. Nasik and Nagpur are next on the list for further expansion.

BCCL’s Times Global Broadcasting has unveiled the name of its forthcoming business news channel – ‘ET Now’. The intention is clear – the channel will leverage the brand name and the content strength of The Economic Times.
