Robin Carruthers has been promoted as Director of Square Circle Media Outdoors, the new out-of-home unit of Shlok Media, which is run by Mayur Patel and Sapna Patel. He will report to both Mayur Patel and Sapna Patel. Prior to this elevation, Carruthers was CEO of Square Circle Media Outdoors since May 2009.
