Publicis Worldwide has announced the appointment of Olivier Altmann, Executive Creative Director, Publicis Conseil, as its Chief Creative Officer with immediate effect. Altmann will report to Richard Pinder, COO, Publicis Worldwide. His new responsibilities will include driving the current creative momentum forward across the Publicis Worldwide network to the No 5 goal. He will divide his responsibilities between global clients, including Renault and Orange, and recruiting, motivating and working with top talent. He will, however, continue to retain his position of ECD and Co-chairman at Publicis Conseil.

With over 13 years of experience, Talukder has worked across sections of media, including television, radio, outdoor and the Internet, with companies like Times OOH, Sony Entertainment Television, Radio Mirchi, Indya.com, Star TV and Mid-Day Group. Prior to joining Radio Mirchi, Talukder had launched and managed VIA OOH as co-promoter. He was also responsible for after sales for West and East during his stint at SET India. In the past, he has worked with Radio Mirchi.

Das had joined Nielsen in 2008 and is based out of Mumbai. He has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, advertising and market research at companies such as Wipro Ltd, Siemens Telecom, SRF Ltd and Contract Advertising. He had also led the Financial Services Sector in TNS India. Das had joined NFO India in their Stakeholder Relationship Management group in 2002. His experience in market research spans a diverse set of areas, including B2B, retail and consumer products with specific focus on the services sectors such as telecom and financial services.
