ICMA 2023: HUL is Brand of the Year, Mindshare bags Agency of the Year title
White Rivers Media walks away with Independent Agency of the Year honour
The exchange4media Group hosted the 8th edition of the Indian Content & Marketing Awards (ICMA) 2023 at a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai on December 6. The awards night was graced by top industry leaders, marketers and experts from the advertising and marketing world. ICMA recognizes outstanding content marketing campaigns and content makers for their path-breaking work and innovation. The key awards of the night in the Excellence category were bagged by Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Mindshare and White Rivers Media.
While HUL bagged the ‘Brand of the Year’ title, Mindshare was honoured with the ‘Agency of the Year’ award, and White Rivers Media was named the ‘Independent Agency of the Year’. The award for the ‘Young Professional of the Year’ was given to Zoya Qureshi of Mindshare while Rajiv Makhni bagged the ‘Best Digital Content Creators’ title at the Indian Content & Marketing Awards 2023.
Coming to the metal tally, HUL bagged 1 gold, 6 silver and 1 bronze metals across categories, Mindshare won a total of 9 gold, 7 silver and 2 bronze metals while White Rivers Media won 2 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze. Among the key brands that won big at ICMA 2023 are Red FM, Nestle, Policybazaar, Titan, Hyundai Motors, Upstox, Coca-Cola while agencies including Mullenlowe Lintas, Essence Mediacom, Edelman India, Omnicom Media Group were honoured for their impactful and impressive work.
The ICMA 2023 jury was chaired by Kaushik Mukherjee, Co-Founder & COO, Sugar Cosmetics. The other jury members included Rohit Bhasin, Chief Marketing Officer, Kotak Mahindra Bank; Chandrika Jain, Director – Marketing, Lenovo; Gauri Malhotra, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Bombay Shaving Company; Anil Gurnani, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Prestige; Anu Raj, Chief Marketing Officer, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, among others.
