Skoda India appoints BBH as creative AoR

BBH will conceptualise and execute the creative communication campaigns for all Skoda auto products and initiatives

Skoda Auto India has appointed Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) to develop its creative communication strategy. As part of the mandate, BBH will handle Skoda corporate initiatives, new launches and the entire portfolio including Fabia, Laura, Yeti, Superb and the newly launched Rapid. The move was preceded by a multi agency pitch.

In a press statement, Thomas Kuehl, Brand Head, Skoda Auto India and Member of the Board Sales and Marketing said, “Ever since its arrival in India, Skoda has constantly been evolving to suit the demands of the Indian consumers. Effective communications and daily engagement with our customers is an essential requirement to enforce our corporate identity ‘Simply Clever’ together with our value for money proposition. We welcome BBH as our new communications and strategic partner.”
