I&B Ministry directs all channels to air apology scroll for objectionable ads
In order to strictly regulate advertisements on television, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has issued orders to all channels to air an apology for showing objectionable ads either on the count of obscenity or those considered as a surrogate. The apology scroll has to be aired from August 18-21, 2006.
